Potato Starch
Potato starch is produced in the mechanical process of its separation from other potato components, washing out, purifying, drying and sifting.
Potato starch is used:
- in the food industry – as an ingredient of food concentrates,
- in the meat, baking and confectionery industries – as a raw material or production additive,
- in the pharmaceutical industry – as an additive in the production of medications,
- in households – as an ingredient of or additive for culinary products,
- it is also intended for technical applications in different branches of industry.
