Modified starch FDS-CS

FDS-CS modified starch is a distarch phosphate.
It is starch cross-linked with sodium trimetaphosphate, used in food products.

It is added to mayonnaise, salad dressings, dressings, yogurts, instant desserts, canned meat and vegetables, instant soups and frozen ready meals as a stabilizer, thickener, binder, emulsifier, or carrier.

It does not undergo degradation in acid solutions with a pH 4.
