Modified Starch FAS-CS
FAS–CS modified starch is an acetylated distarch phosphate. It is starch cross-linked with sodium trimetaphosphate and esterified with acetic anhydride, used as a stabilizer and thickener in food products.
In aqueous solutions it forms thick, transparent mucilage with a short structure, characterized by high stability upon cooling-down and good resistance to changeable thermal conditions.

TRANSPORT REQUIREMENTS | To be transported by clean and dry means of transport, with packaging protection against damage and soaking. The product is not classified as hazardous and is not covered by ADR regulations. |
