Recruitment Process

The recruitment of new employees to PPZ SA is a multistage process extended over time.
The purpose of the recruitment process is to select from among the available candidates for a specific position the person who best meets our requirements in terms of employee skills, experience and financial expectations.

 

Recruitment process stages:
  • the position and the skills necessary to be appointed to such a position are defined, along with the expectations from a potential candidate,
  • recruitment notice is published on our website and in the local press,
  • pre-selection stage - after receiving applications from candidates, CVs are analyzed and a group of persons who meet the Company’s minimum requirements are selected,
  • the candidates who successfully pass the pre-selection stage are interviewed via the phone or during a recruitment meeting,
  • a decision is made by the persons responsible for hiring new employees – candidates are selected on the basis of the data collected from their CVs, interviews / job interviews and references,
  • the rejected candidates are given feedback while the chosen candidate is offered a job,
  • the job offer is accepted
  • employment stage – the future employee is provided with all the information necessary to conclude the employment contract,
  • final stage: the candidate signings the employment contract.
